XG Prudential Center Concert reviews
venue lacking for ADA
Queen and XG were excellent! 5 stars for sure! The location of the seats per Ticketmaster was different from the actual location (section 118 seat 1&2). My husband is in a mobility scooter, so we reserved ADA seats. We did not realize that they were on the floor in front of the bleachers next to a trash can. The Tacoma Dome, not so much (3 stars). We were on one side of the walkway with the regular floor seating on the other. The staff also would block the view and interrupt the music with loud talking. If there was a written statement describing where the seats were, I would have planned differently. I had to ask people to move on more than one occasion because they would stop right in front of us.
